On incidental charters, we will guarantee tips equal to 10% of gross for captain and 5% to the mate. Vacations are per industry standards.

Desireable qualities would be the ability to communicate in Spanish, and/or other languages, scuba diving (equipment supplied), a talent for varnishing, and the ability to cruise on East and West coasts and the Caribbean while living aboard.

Crew quarters: Two, private staterooms (single plus V bunks) separated by a full head with shower, an office for bookeeping.

We operate with email, Microsoft Word, and Quicken for accounting. Personal staff available for computer support & training.
